This 17th Century former working farm is a mile from the village of Sawdon. Set across 4 acres of landscaped gardens and managed woodland it offers the perfect place to unwind and explore the surrounding areas.

Walks and cycle rides into the from the door offer up stunning views, serenity of the forest and perfectly clear night skies.

Granary Farm is a convenient home for visiting the coastal towns Scarborough, Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby, Filey and the historic city of York. The market towns of Helmsley, Malton, Thorton-le-Dale and Pickering with its infamous steam railway line are all within the local vicinity.

For the adventurer within there’s endless options… Surf the left handed breaks of Cayton Bay, ride the mountain bike trails of Dalby Forest, swing from the forest canopy of the near by Go Ape or walk the rolling moorlands, dramatic cliffs and sandy beaches of 110 mile Cleveland Way.
